The talent marketplace ecosystem is still in its infancy. We help our clients identify relevant opportunities and, when appropriate, fund the pursuit of these opportunities.
We also help high-potential independent consultants and smaller boutique consultancies to devise and implement marketplace channel management strategies that add 25-40% to their annual revenue.

My career is defined by my desire to say “yes!” to interesting work. This led me across diverse fields like training & development, strategic planning, futures and foresight, organization behavior & development, and customer experience. I’ve worked extensively in both the public and private sector as a leader and advising leaders from start-up organizations to Fortune 100 companies and government agencies.
This approach led me to multiple rewarding internal leadership roles and six separate trips through the consulting industry--including multiple stints as an independent consultant, as an early boutique firm leader, and as a large global firm manager.
I love the various marketplace business models and how they can solve unique and meaningful challenges. I love that the Future of Work is simply Now for independent consultants. And I love supporting early-stage marketplace founders and boutique consultancy leaders on their journey.
